Alan joined the company in 1991 from Clayton Bowmore, he was brought in originally as a surveyor for the plastering division however after a few years he moved over to the company’s external wall insulation side, of which he has dedicated his time and efforts in the development and growth of this extremely specialised division of the company.
Alan is now responsible for the managing, surveying, and technical advice for various projects.

Christian joined the business in 1996 as an apprentice plasterer and then followed on to external rendering projects. After 4 years on sites Christian moved in to the office working in the surveying departments. After gaining experience he was involved in the set up of the Sto Render Systems Division, of which he went on to add the Light Weight Steel Framing (SFS) and other specialist façade cladding systems. In 2006 Christian earned promotion to Director and is now responsible for Facades and the SFS Division.

David started out as a plasterer patcher with company in 1990 carrying out general snagging and patching duties. He then moved up the ladder to a trainee site supervisor on the company’s external render division. After a few years David earned further promotion to Contracts Manager and eventually to Senior Contracts Manager in 2000. He is now responsible for the group’s external division, which employs over 80 operatives and a total turnover of more than £3.5 million in value.

David joined the company in 1994 from Bramall Construction his original roles were assistant surveyor. As the years rolled on David progress to the Plastering Manager/surveyor and in the last 2 years earned himself promotion to a Senior Director and is now in overall charge of all surveying responsibilities.

Linda Robinson, formerly Linda Key, joined the family business in ****, previously Linda was employed by a multi million pound plc floor retailer, where she had joint responsibilities in finance and credit control. Her day to day duties with the company involve creditors/debaters, cash flow and liaising closely with the Managing Director and Chairman on all aspects of finance.

Steven started out in the industry as an apprentice plasterer in 1985 timed served 6yrs; this also incorporated 3yrs experience on external insulation and rendering projects. Later he progressed into contract management of which he was an assistant; eventually then earning Contracts Director status. Then in 2006 was promoted to MD, of which Steven is now directly responsible to the Chairman.
