Whilst the Company is relatively new, the directors and staff assembled in 1998 had vast experience in both plastering and external insulated rendering and cladding – which represent the Company’s core division – and has progressively grown to its present levels.
The plastering division operates mainly within the Yorkshire boundaries and concentrates on:
* New housing for both high and low profile builders
* Housing refurbishment for an existing client base
The division has expertise in traditional wet plastering, dab and dot, metal partitions...
The insulated rendering and cladding division, which operates in:
Yorkshire, Midlands, Lancashire.
High, medium and low rise, both new and refurbishment
Social housing and commercial developments
Specialities include- fixing canopies, rendering and timber cladding
Systems designers include Alumasc, Sto.
The Company is a member of INCA (Insulated Rendering and Cladding Association) and has received it second National Award – for work completed in 2004 on 4 No. High Rise Blocks of Flats over a Shopping Centre in Wakefield.
The Company has carried out contracts circa £2,000,000 and works for key Contractors in refurbishment and also commercial development.
The Company makes every endeavour on every project in all aspects from plastering and design to production reflecting the pace required by its client base to completion on time to a high quality.
