St Lukes – Clifford is a Contract that SLK carried out for Barratt Homes (York). The show house (shown above) is part of a Contract consisting of 17 luxury homes and 7 apartments.
The Plastering works carried out was that of a Direct Bonding system with a skim finish throughout. Coving was also installed in various rooms.
The communal areas to the apartments utilised a Knauf Apertura System to the ceilings installed on a metal frame (shown below). This system offers greater creative opportunities allowing unique effects to be achieved, also enhancing sound absorption qualities.
This was a 12 month contract to be completed spring 2006.
